FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I also offer 30 minute sessions and group rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is to invest time to really get to know and configure your goals. The second step is my favorite and the most important one, figuring out your why. Your why is the reason you do what you do. It's the driving force that will push you through the tough workouts and keep you accountable to your training and nutrition. A strong why can turn an average joe into a champion of mind, capable of manifesting the desired change. The third step is to look into habits and use that why to remove the negative and replace it with the new you, one step at a time. Once we get that far I guarantee you will reach your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have trained for 10+ years, and through that time I learned various techniques that have helped me overcome previous injury and prevent future ones. I majored in Fitness Technology and I have had my American College of Sports Medicine degree. I've simply spent 10,000 plus hours on this one thing.
