I have always been a hopeful person, but a little over a year ago I wasn't certain that I would be able to rise above what felt like this unsurmountable pit of post traumatic hell. I felt that I would be swallowed alive and was slowly being absorbed by it. In short, Sarah is hands down one of the best therapists I have ever had! She is professional, compassionate, and obviously skilled at what she does. You might even say she is truly gifted! She listens well and has a unique ability to interpret what has been said. She then lays it out in a nice tidy concise way in which it allows you to make self discoveries and growth on your own terms! I highly recommend her as an individual and/or couples therapist. There are so many counselors, healers, therapists, lifestyle gurus and professional advice-givers out there that it's easy to feel overwhelmed by all the choices.
