Hired to help me recover from injury and build core strength, she is careful not to push me too far, but always looking and finding good challenges for me to tackle. On top of being professional, knowledgeable and practiced in Yoga and Pilates, she is passionate about what she does and, in my experience, cares about the people she helps. Simply put: She is a wonderful teacher, motivator and coach.
Alicia comes to our house early in the morning to teach us pilates. She is cheerful, yet tough...the perfect combination for motivating us to reach our goals. She even put together some exercises we can do (with photos included) on the days she isn't there to coach us. I highly recommend her. She knows her stuff!

She listens to what types of exercises you like so that your sessions are always intense, but enjoyable and exciting at the same time. I learned a lot of new exercises and good habits from her.
