I hired HOME ApplianceRepair to diagnose and repair my microwave. Even though Thumbtack software did not allow me to schedule an appointment with them ASAP, I was able to get hold of Home appliancerepair via chat and they agreed to come on the same day. They arrived at the exact time they said they would arrive. They diagnosed the problem in little time. They did not have the parts with them to repair the issue, which was a minor inconvenience. But they said they’d come back with the parts after 3 business days, which was their estimate for when they’ll have the part. They came again at the agreed upon time and repaired the issue. Thanks for the help!

"Home" responded to my request almost immediately and technician was able to come out to take a look at my washer the next day, even though it was the weekend. He was on time, friendly, and professional, and had my washer working very quickly. He explained what he found, what was wrong, and that I should probably start shopping for a new washer rather than paying him to do the costly repair that would fix the problem more definitively, as there might be more that could go wrong with my aging machine. He charged me just for the service call and was pleasant, polite, and helpful throughout. I really appreciated his honesty and honest assessment. I will definitely call him again if I need an appliance fixed, and I am happy to recommend OMG without reservation.

HOME ApplianceRepair responded quickly to my problem. The technician arrived when it was convenient for me. The repair was delayed for 2 days because the necessary part was not in stock, but in the end my washing machine works like new
