Alex arrived about 10, and checked my washer. He examined it and then explained to me what had happened and what needed to be done to repair. He was pleasant and did the repair, put the machine back in place and was paid and out of the house by about 11. I'm very pleased with his workmanship, and will most definitely call upon him again should the need arise.

HVAC appliance and repair came out to assess our dishwasher that just quit working on us. The technician was there for 2+ hours trying to fix it. Ultimately it has to be replaced, but we are so pleased with the service we received. We would definitely use this company again!

Repair technician was punctual. He thoroughly examined all parts of my (10+ yr old) washer & determined the likely problem that was preventing my agitator from spinning for spin cycle. He patiently answered all of my inquiries. Once he identified the problem and was honest & open about what the estimated minimum cost would be, I decided that cost of repair would be more than I would be able/willing to pay at this time (and not worth fixing such an old washer.)
