-Talk to our customer service and schedule an appointment. -Technician shows up on time and prepared. -Technician performs a diagnostic test for your unit -We provide an estimate -We agree on the pricing and proceed with the repair -We get right to work -If there are replacement parts needed, technician orders them and schedule a time to come back and finish the repair -We fix your problem -You are happy

All of our technicians are experienced engineers and are constantly undergoing additional training.
