- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take cooking classes, and read about allergens and healthy cooking daily.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had always been labeled a "good cook" by my family and friends. I got into a bad job situation, and after quitting the corporate world, decided to do what I love most, cook!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I usually cook three or four meals for someone. These are cooked at their residence, and then stored there. The meals are re-heated by the customer, at their convenience. I have also done grocery shopping, pantry stocking, and baking to order.
