- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair and honest pricing based on the type of work and the time it takes. Every project is different, so I like to understand the details first and then provide a clear estimate. My goal is to give good value for solid, reliable work. I also offer free estimates so customers can plan with confidence.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about the project and what the customer needs. Sometimes this is through messages, photos, or a quick visit if needed. After that, I provide an estimate and explain the scope of work. Once everything is agreed, we schedule a time that works best. I focus on completing the job carefully and making sure everything is done properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from more than 20 years working in different companies, where I learned a wide range of handyman skills. Over the years, I have developed strong knowledge in repairs, improvements, and general home work by doing the job every day and learning from real situations.
