Giving homeowners the almost immediate satisfaction of greatly improving the look of their homes. I hired Michael from Element Painting to paint my mother's condo for me so we could put it on the market. Michael painted the entire place - ceilings, trim and walls. He also helped me pick the final colors as I was debating between a couple of them, and the place ended up looking fantastic! In addition to doing a great job painting, he caulked the gaps between the trim and the ceiling which made all the difference in making the place look better. With the new paint job and some other work we had done, I had 4 above asking price offers for the condo in just 4 days. :)
