Mary-Anne is a great instructor. We met and made a plan for the exercise program and she even advises on nutrition. She's not just knowledgeable about yoga, but also knows Pilates, general fitness, etc. She's flexible about session times and dates as well as where to meet. We've gone on walks and have a hike planned. She comes to my house and brings equipment so she makes it really easy on me! We're also planning on using the gym in my complex. Couldn't say enough good things about her. Highly recommend!

Alicia comes to our house early in the morning to teach us pilates. She is cheerful, yet tough...the perfect combination for motivating us to reach our goals. She even put together some exercises we can do (with photos included) on the days she isn't there to coach us. I highly recommend her. She knows her stuff!
Elizabeth is an outstanding Pilates instructor. I started working with Elizabeth over a year ago and since then my flexibility and posture have improved. My ability to perform other exercises (like running) has improved tremendously because I am getting stronger due to Elizabeth's Pilates instruction. We are a reformer pilates, cycle, yoga and barre studio offering a wonderful variety of 36 classes per week. We have a maximum of 9 members in a class, so we can make reformer pilates finally affordable to come 5 days a week if you want to! We have unlimited class options for as low as $179 per month, or there are several limited option plans available as well. We also offer private reformer pilates if you prefer to do it on your own with just you and the instructor.
