- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my customer should know that I will make sure to give you the best reasonable price and I can mach or lower any existing quote from other pros. how? with me you dealing straight with the technician (me) not a chain of people involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am an early bird . I love to start my day early , of course if is possible and is okay with You , I totally understand about your busy schedule , I am sure we can find the best time that works both of us (•‿•) I will ask you about what area of your home is priority for you to be repaired quickly , I will protect your floors and furniture , I will go straight to fix it , get it done
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned the physical part of my job on the field over the years finishing project after project, also have done several courses about life improvement , interpersonal relationships. I believe that affinity reality and good communication you can reach Understanding in every aspect in life
