Pricing is straightforward and transparent. I explain all costs upfront before any work begins, so there are no surprises. Recommendations are based on what makes the most sense for the customer’s needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to the customer’s concerns and evaluating their system or project needs. After a thorough assessment, I explain the issue and outline the best options available. Once we agree on a plan, the work is completed efficiently and professionally, and I make sure everything is operating properly before the job is finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on trade training and ongoing experience working with a wide range of heating systems. I stay up to date with current equipment, codes, and best practices to ensure every job is done safely, correctly, and to a high standard.
