Glen and Joe not only painted my ceiling, but they also did two electrical projects in the same day. Really puts me at ease to know I have a well rounded handy man in the area that I can call on for all types of projects.
Eliseo came out to fix leak damage in our ceiling and remove wallpaper, repair, and retexture a wall. He did an amazing job and was terrific to work with. We have some other work that we'll need to have done in the future and we will definitely be giving him a call!
He was on time and very courteous, he figured out what was wrong and dove right into fix the problem with my sink. He had no problem going to the hardware store to get the parts needed. He came back promptly and proceeded to get the job done in a timely manner. I will recommend him to family and friends.
Great job on the popcorn removal, repair of the ceilings and painting it. Working with Tim and his team went very well.
We hired Alfredo to paint our entire home, including ceilings! From day one of obtaining a quote, Alfredo was very much a professional with superior work ethics. He and his crew quoted just a little over a week to complete this job, and stuck to his word! He also consulted and provided the best info on paint types and his discount on purchasing paint. During the project, they covered everything to ensure that there was little to no paint splatters on furniture and floors and then cleaned up all plastics and tarps when complete. They took the time to ensure that edged were clean and I have to say - our house looks WONDERFUL! Alfredo was always responsive and even worked a weekend to help us take out a built in desk, and then repair the wall! I will definitely hire him again!
The crew did a really beautiful job on my patio and concrete stairs. Julian is detail oriented and nice to work with. I don't think my project was an easy one and he didn't try to cut corners. He should be proud of his work.
They patched a part of missing plaster ceiling and did a wonderful job... Very happy with their work!
I hired West Sky to repair my carpets. Their bid was reasonable and the job was scheduled and completed within days of my first contacting them. They did a professional job; they were on time and cleaned up after they were done. I would definitely hire them again.
Jim is not only highly professional, but he is skilled both in his area of expertise and in communication. His work is outstanding, thorough and on time. My home is a '60s oddball of a house which was in need of painting, redwood staining and replacement of some ceiling wood beams. Jim's ability to match and mend was impeccable. His price is reasonable and his bid was "right on" and did not change. He is my go to guy for home repair and/or other work.
We hired Juan to do a large fence job. Full cedar fence with decorative caps and sealing of the fence. This included 1 regular size gate and a tricky 13 foot gate. The end results is close to great although there is some detail work that wasn't complete or that doesn't match other parts of the fence. It's not super noticeable so we just let it go. Juan and his crew work fast although getting in touch with Juan and talking about the project there were times we felt left in the dark on what was happening or what the plan was. In the end we are pleased though and got a good deal.
Eric and his team did a good job in our space. The only challenge was that his first worker no-showed, so we were waiting around and finally had to call and request another worker be sent instead. Punctuality seemed to be a challenge, but other than that, their work was good.
We own an older manufactured home that needed updating. We had a budget we needed to stick with to accomplish our "must have done" list. Primarily Mr. Marsh was hired to: 1. Tear out all the carpeting throughout the two bedroom home. 2. Replace the carpet with wood-grain vinyl flooring throughout the home with the exception of the two bathrooms and the utility/mud room. 3. Remove old kitchen ceiling and lighting and replace the ceiling and lighting with "CAN" lighting. 4. Paint old kitchen cabinets and doors plus walls. 5. Paint the ceilings and walls in both bedrooms and add new trim. 6. Build a small hall closet with new door and trim 7. Replace old front door with new door 8. Paint living, dining, kitchen, and bedrooms plus add new trim around doors and floor after new floors were finished. 9. Add some electrical outlets/dimmer in kitchen and dining room areas. 10. Replace old cabinet hinges and handles on kitchen cabinets and door knobs on bedroom doors after painting bedroom doors. We were extremely pleased with all of the work Mr. Marsh completed in our home. He made an old home look updated and refreshed. We always receive very nice complements from family and friends telling us how nice everything looks!! He stayed within our budget even after we added some extra requests. Mr. Marsh stayed in communication with us, which was vital. His education as an engineer and experience at building and remodeling homes were a wonderful asset to his professionalism. Mr. Marsh was able to give us a very detailed and reliable bid that was less than two other bids we received from other contractors. We would not hesitate to have Zach Marsh back to update our bathrooms and utility room when the time is right for our budget. He was professional, reliable, and most importantly, he was honest in his dealings with us. He took care of all the shopping and gave us choices that were within our budget. He also completely cleaned up after himself and hauled away all the old carpet, pad, and other debris. This was a great help since we are retired and it would have been very difficult for us to go out and do the shopping for materials, and to haul away all the old material. After nearly two years, I believe I would have had him put two coats of paint on the kitchen cabinets and doors. I'll have him back in a few years to paint them again when they begin to show wear. I hope he will be available when we need him again. Yours truly, David and Diane Smith
I had a hole in my ceiling where the plumber had to cut out pieces to access the pipes. Tory fitted the ceiling with a new patch of drywall and textured it. It looks good and he was a pleasure to work with, very open and honest.
IRL did the majority of the work on a complete renovation of a condo built in 1975. New flooring, paint, baseboards, crown molding, doors, ceiling fans, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, appliances, new toilets and sinks. It turned out just as I had imagined.
Before applying a new paint, make sure to remove popcorn ceiling to ensure a well-done job. Tony Nguyen offers painting for the right price. Ask him to do popcorn removal first using a paint scraper.
