FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in 100% pricing transparency. We charge flat-rate fees for most standard services so you know exactly what to expect before we even start. No Hidden Fees: The price we quote is the price you pay. Discounts: We proudly offer a 10% discount for active military, veterans, first responders, and seniors. Travel: Standard travel is always included in our quote. (An additional fee may only apply if you are outside our standard 30-mile service radius.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want your experience to be seamless, transparent, and stress-free. Here is what you can expect when you hire us: Step 1: Initial Consultation & Quote Once you reach out, we will discuss the details of your project. Depending on the scope, we can provide an estimate over the phone, via Thumbtack messages, or schedule a quick virtual/in-person consultation to ensure accuracy. Step 2: Scheduling & Preparation After you approve the estimate, we will lock in a date and time that fits your schedule. We will send a confirmation message and let you know if there is anything you need to do to prepare the space before we arrive. Step 3: The Work Begins Our team arrives on time, fully equipped, and ready to work. We treat your property with the utmost respect, maintaining a clean and safe work environment throughout the entire project. Step 4: Final Walkthrough & Approval Your satisfaction is our top priority. Before we consider the job done, we will walk you through the completed work together to ensure everything meets—and exceeds—your expectations. Step 5: Seamless Payment & Wrap-Up Once you are 100% satisfied, we wrap up payment using your preferred method and leave the workspace spotless.
