I cantacted Rod and he responded immediately and came out the next morning (would have come same day but I had an appointment). He was very professional and knowledgable. He diagnosed and resolved my refriderator issue quickly, thoroughly and was priced very, very reasonably. Definately have found an Appliance Repair person I will use from now on!

Great Service! I thought my dyer was broken, but Rod very quickly figured out that the problem was not my dryer. He got the problem fixed promptly. Not only is Rod VERY knowledgeable, he is also a very nice person. Thanks Rod!

Rod gave excellent customer service. He was both friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was wrong, what needed to be done and the cost. He told me upfront that if it was going to cost too much to repair he would advise me to get a new machine. I appreciated his integrity and honesty and will definitely go to him for my next appliance repair.
