Rod came to help me with my washing machine, a Kenmore He2 front loader. It started with a leak coming from the front seal, and we thought that was all that needed to be replaced. Rod originally came out on Sunday (which highly impressed me to begin with) to diagnose the problem and the he returned on Monday with the part. After Rod replaced the seal and went to run the test cycle the machine would not turn on...that's when the nightmare began. However, Rod was a real professional and saw the job through to the end. He not only came back four times with two other parts to complete the job and get my machine up and running, he was patient and kind and constantly kept me updated as to what was going on. He was more than fair in his pricing and did not charge me for anything that wasn't absolutley necessary to getting the job done. If I had gone through Sears or any other company I know it would have been far more especially for the return trips. If you want a person that has integrity, will be honest and upfront with you about the problem and will get the job done regardless of how long it may take - Rod is the person you want to come to your house. I will call him again if I need help, and I would not hesitate to refer him to any of my friends or family. Thank you Rod!
