She gave me a bad review after I went to her house with horrible back spasms and in pain. I called to cancel my cleaning appointment on Monday because I was in such bad pain, and she started crying. So, I told her I would come. This was my first time there. I took a bunch of motrin and cleaned her house for 2 1/2 hours, in totally agony. She even mentioned how she could tell, I was in pain. I did not have to go due to my back, but did it because she was so upset. I do not know this woman, nor do I owe her anything. I just don't get how she could possibly rate me so low with what I did for her. She was very mad at me and ridiculed me when I called her on Wednesday and told her I could not come for the rest of the week because I was in bad shape with my back. I now found out I have a herniated disc and possibly happened while I was going above and beyond for a perfect stranger. Not only that, but I had to cancel all my other jobs for the week because of my injury I would definitely not recommend taking on a job for this lady, after what she put me through! She did not rate me on my cleaning job, but the fact that I did not succumb to her trying to guilt me in coming to clean her house 2 days later. She was mad and accused me of lying about my back. UGH. Bad, bad situation. Never ever had this happen to me before and I have been cleaning for 15 years.

Grier has been our housekeeper since 2007. She keeps our home in great shape, comes when she says she will. If needs to change schedule, notifies in advance. We have many pets, they love Grier and she works around them. Top rating! Thank you.
