- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I truly have reasonable pricing. Especially for the job that will be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I just really try to keep communication up front so if there is something they want me to do they can just let me know . I will also make sure to ask them continuously if there is anything else I can do to make sure job is done to their liking. Communicating is key to make sure job is done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I just have hands on training. I enjoy cleaning and making my client happy with job I do.
