- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price by dump trailer volume, not by time. Photos determine the size and price before scheduling. There are no surprise fees once the scope is confirmed. Dump and recycling fees are included unless a special item applies. I offer a small courtesy discount for first time Thumbtack customers after photos are reviewed and the job meets my minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You send photos and the location. I review the items and confirm the volume and price up front. Once approved, we schedule a pickup time. I arrive, load carefully, clean the area, and handle disposal responsibly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands on experience in construction, demolition, and hauling. That background helps me assess weight, access, safety, and efficient loading. It also means I treat homes and properties with care.
