What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the square foot for the living area. If an attic or crawl space needs to be treated we need to inspect the area first to determine a quote. We offer a 10% for military.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will visit the home to inspect the mold. Once this is complete a quote will then be sent to the customer.
