- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices always very on the type of job and the hazards that could effect my crew
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is different but most customers don’t know a lot about there trees how they grow what rots them ect. First thing I would do is walk around the trees give them a good inspection and explain to the customer what could potentially be a problem and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken a lot of different trainings from silviculture to wildland fire fighting and the best training that I’ve ever had was experience In this industry, because experience teaches more then a book can.
