Best contractor we've ever worked with! We used Michael and his team to build a wall and door to convert our condo's open den into a dedicated room, along with some other smaller items. Couldn't be happier about how everything turned out. But what stood out the most was their communication on everything from timely responses, proactive daily updates with photos, and even when nothing was happening on a particular day (i.e. waiting for parts to arrive). The quote and payment process was terrific as well. Thanks, Higgins team!

In what should have otherwise been an incredibly stressful and chaotic experience, Michael Higgins and his team at Higgins Home Construction made a whole bathroom renovation a relatively easy process. He worked closely with our plumbing contractors, added his advice and expertise as we walked toward common traps, and completed the work to a high level in a timely and efficient manner. He checked in frequently and if there was something not perfect, he would make sure to fix it. He was very considerate of our schedules and understood our deadlines. If there are other opportunities for home renovation in the future, I'm starting with Higgins.
