I had a hot tub that I needed moved over about 15 feet or so and I reached out through Thumbtack and found All-Star Solutions. The price was reasonable and the communication was responsive. They also do hauling and junk removal and when I need that service I’m turning to All-Star Solutions. Highly recommended!

Ron at All-Star must’ve responded to me within five minutes, which was amazing because it was a race against the clock to get stuff out of my yard before the rains started up again and the furniture got waterlogged to epic weights LOL. He asked ahead for pictures of the stuff and then gave me a price, which I really like as opposed to Junk King, which literally refuses to tell you how much it’s gonna cost (I’m sorry, I’m a grown-@$$ woman, just be clear and tell me how much damn cash to get out Junk King, LOL.) Ron also communicated great with updates about when he would be here, was professional and friendly, charged the going rate and not a penny more, and took care of everything quickly and professionally. I would definitely hire him again. It was such a relief to have someone just come and take care of things for me so quickly and well when I’m so stressed out trying to move. it was $145 for a big-ah recliner, patio chair,and several bags of garbage. He does take cards or Venmo, which is great, but just aware there is a 3% surcharge—which is perfectly reasonable because you know they’re gouging him for 6 %—you just might wanna get cash out ahead (and give the man a little tip while you’re at it for the hustle LOL:-) Very impressed with All Star and I’m saving his business card for sure.
