- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as fair as possible with my pricing. I use factors like the quantity of items being moved or hauled, how heavy items may be, the amount of miles being driven, and labor hours spent doing the task to determine my final quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a clear idea of the task beforehand. I usually ask for photos or to meet in person first so there isn’t any confusion about the job needing to be done. I like to come prepared with any tools or items needed to complete your task efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this for the last two years! I’ve helped hundreds of clients with various tasks during that time. I truly enjoy helping my clients complete tasks and appreciate you choosing me to be the one to do it for you!
