My wall fell into my neighbors yard knocking down their fence so I was in need of help, FAST! Jorge was here within a couple of hours (not days). He and a helper were here the next morning, moved the entire wall (bricks) and got to work correcting the initial problem so it won't happen again. He rebuilt the wall, and built the fence I'd planned to have done. I still have plenty of things to be done in my yard, deck work, more fencing, building a shed etc and I will be calling Jorge!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
It was a Wall Modification: We removed fireplace, windows, sliding door, siding, drywall, insolation, and electricity. Then we made the frame, closing the windows and leaving room for a 16-foot sliding door. The other wall was removed the sliding door and the frame was full wall. We install new insolation, drywal, tape, mud and texture.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they have the knowledge of the project, in addition to the experience that has a license, bond and insurance. And do not start any project until it is documented in a contract, make sure everything is in writing as you agreed. Never give a down payment until you sign the contract.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
1.- I have determined what I want to do? 2.- I have a budget for the project? 3.- What do I expect from the supplier? Cheap price or quality of work? 4.- Am I open to certain changes in my project? or exactly what I have is what I want?
