- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Military and Senior Citizens discounts. Pricing varies by project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, a phone call, text message, or email. Then find out their preferred method of communication, followed by determining what services are needed. I can offer a rough estimate without a site visit, but the price could change once I am onsite. Or I can do a site visit first, then give a precise estimate. When customer accepts the estimate we will schedule the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. Most of my training was on the job with previous employers.
