I cannot thank Charles enough for the plumbing work he did for me and my family. He installed 3 toilets and a pedestal sink. I worked with another plumber who attempted to overcharge me and provided erroneous information about the process of the installations. Charles came in and did the work with extreme quality and efficiency. He explained what he was doing. He provided a price upfront, and gave me advice on future projects I have planned. It was an awesome and stress free experience. Charles is the only plumber I feel comfortable and confident working with in the future.

I just want to say - hire Big Charles. I have had bad experiences with my last 2 pro's however Big Charles gave me hope again. He completed everything, including running to the store to get a piece, cleaning up the plumbing mess and getting me in working order promptly. I will definitely hire him again. Oh and he was able to give me a complete run down on what to use and not use and why on my next project. He ran the brands down like "A Pro"!

Big Charles Plumbing was awesome! Charles was quick to respond and quick to schedule a day/time to come out. He helped me with a couple of leaky pipes, a broken toilet handle and shower knob that was worn all in one visit. Charge for services was very reasonable and I am very happy with the workmanship! Will definitely use Big Charles Plumbing again.

Exceptional service, knowledgeable and friendly! Very pleased and will keep Charles in mind for future projects. I bought a new washer and dryer from Costco and their install team claimed my valves were corroded and couldn't install them until I had a plumber come check it out. I sent Charles photos of the valves with my inquiry and he said the valves looked fine but could come out to check in person to be sure and offered to install the washer and dryer if all looked good. Charles was right and we moved forward with the install to avoid the hassle of scheduling a later time with Costco.

my prices are given prior to stating work. they are negotiable prior to starting work. I do not want to leave anyone without plumbing, but I also have a family to feed
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been plumbing for over 20 years in various fields, from new construction to major high rises to medical gas piping to industrial fuel piping to residential homes on post and beam or slab foundations. I may not have done it all, but I am getting close 😉
