- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We follow a simple, proven design-build process that keeps your project organized from day one and eliminates guesswork. 1. Phone Consultation We start with a quick call to learn about your project goals, timeline, and investment range. We’ll answer questions and confirm if we’re a good fit. 2. In-Home Consultation We walk the space with you, discuss layout ideas, review challenges, and gather measurements, photos, and notes. 3. Once approved, we finalize schedule and permitting. 5. Build Phase Your project manager leads construction using a detailed schedule and daily communication.
