- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike many cleaning service, our pricing for interior cleaning is straightforward. $35 per person/per hour, in most situations we will work in a two person team. For move-in/move-out projects, we may opt to work in a 3 person team. We will always communicate with you prior to your project. We will gather information from you, square feet, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, children, pets, etc. to estimate the time we would need to spend in your home. For window service, we bid on a per pane system. There are slight variables for the type of windows in your home, however Ben can give a firm bid after seeing your home.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Jessica and Kim worked for the previous owners, Ruth and Leslie for years. All four of us were friends for more than a decade prior to the inception of CleanSpace. When Ruth and Leslie opted for different venture opportunities, Jessica and Kim saw an opportunity for business ownership. We merged with Ben, whom we have known since high school, to turn our two companies into a full home cleaning service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common types of jobs are for working families. Its hard to work and run a family and keep your home clean! We are here to help. We also service offices and rental properties including move ins and move outs.
