- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based primarily on the exact square footage of the home or surface being cleaned. Final pricing may vary depending on factors such as the level of dirt and buildup, accessibility, and the time required to complete the job. This ensures every customer receives fair, accurate, and transparent pricing. An automatic 2.99% credit card fee is added to online payments. Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise stated in writing. Late Fee Schedule ● 30–39 days late: +10% of original invoice ● 40–49 days late: +20% of original invoice ● 50–59 days late: +40% of original invoice ● 60–69 days late: +80% of original invoice We offer bundled service discounts when multiple areas are cleaned at the same time, such as house washing, roof cleaning, and concrete surfaces. Bundling services saves you money and maximizes results. We also provide routine maintenance plans for recurring cleanings (quarterly, tri-anually, bi-annual, or annual) at a discounted rate to keep your property looking its best year-round.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with an initial call or message to understand your needs. We then either schedule an in-person walkthrough to evaluate the property, take measurements, and discuss your goals, or—if you prefer—we can build a quote without you on site using photos and measurements with your permission. After that, we provide a custom quote based on square footage, condition, and accessibility. Once approved, we schedule your service. On service day, we arrive on time, protect surrounding areas, complete the job professionally, and finish with a final walkthrough to make sure you’re happy before payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gained hands-on experience working as a maintenance technician where pressure washing was a regular part of my role. I’ve also completed a professional boot camp with a pressure washing company based out of Tennessee, where I was trained across multiple service types and best practices. In addition, I completed a soft wash training course through Expert Power Wash, focusing on proper chemical use, surface protection, and safe cleaning methods.
