Helped solve a lack of hot water. Company was able to slot me in next day after reaching out the previous evening.
Technician was early and communicated an ETA with me. Overall visit was relatively quick as he worked to diagnose the problem and fix it. Quotes provided for new equipment should I want to explore upgrades to an aging system.

Bluefrog was so great to work with! I had to get a toilet moved for a house project and after reaching out to them on Thumbtack for a project bid, they called me just a few minutes after to chat. They got multiple appointments scheduled quickly (exactly when I needed). My plumber, Ian, was really nice, taking time to explain the ins and outs of the work while he was here. He even reconnected the water line to my fridge after it was left disconnected post-house project by another company’s contractors. Price-wise, the cost was a fraction lower than other bids I received on Thumbtack, but the customer service is what sets Bluefrog apart. I highly recommend them!

My problem was resolved quickly. My plumber was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My issue was resolved and I was pleasantly surprised it was not as expensive as I feared as I had heard that having plumbing work can add up.

Quick reply from the business and they came out to fix an issue with our toilets connection to the water supply. He checked thoroughly for a few other issues then we agreed to have them come out to replace our toilet next week so they waived the visit fee which was generous. We are looking forward to working with them. They quoted around $430 for a full toilet replacement, with us providing the toilet.
