They responded within minutes to my request for an estimate. Due to freezing weather, we had a pipe burst in our yard area and the water was shut off to our home. PDX plumbing Specialist had their team at our home the same day for an estimate and completed the job early in the morning the following day. They were professional, Friendly and completed the job with fantastic quality and cleaned up the job site after completion of work. I'm working on a small remodel project as a homeowner and needed a plumber to replace a small section of old metal pipe. Other plumbers in the area wanted to charge hundreds of dollars just to come out to give me an estimate. I eventually found Luis - PDX Plumbing Specialist - who was able to give me a quote via text based on a few pictures and some simple questions. I immediately enlisted his services and got the repair scheduled. Luis showed up on time, got all work accomplished within an hour, tested everything to ensure compliance, and even took the time to properly clean up the area afterwards. His pricing is no-nonsense and more than reasonable given his experience and expertise. It's clear that Luis is willing to go the extra mile for homeowners. These guys were amazing! I called and they came right out. Paco was super knowledgeable and quick. He had to take the toilet completely off and take out of the house. He fixed the problem quickly. I was expecting to get a huge bill but was pleasantly surprised that it was very fair. This company is my new plumber for everything ! Thanks PDX Plumbing!
