Great experience working with repair guys, but unfortunately they couldn’t diagnose the weird issue with our dishwasher. They were helpful with narrowing down the issue and refunded our money since they were unable to fix it. Great example of integrity and customer service.

Portland appliance repair guys did an awesome job assessing our dishwasher. It ultimately is unable to be repaired and needs to be replaced but their technician spent hours at our house trying to fix it and updated us along the way. We would definitely use them again!

Alex was the tech, showed up in the indicated time slot, worked efficiently and got our issues addressed. Will definitely call them first for any appliance repair. I did find that the online availability calendar was wrong, don't know if that's the vendor or thumbtack , but once we agreed on date and time all went well.
