Sava was outstanding! Diagnosed the problem with our washer quickly, had the needed part in his truck, installed it and made sure the washer was working. Very helpful, ahead of schedule. Would definitely hire again!

Alex was the tech, showed up in the indicated time slot, worked efficiently and got our issues addressed. Will definitely call them first for any appliancerepair.
I did find that the online availability calendar was wrong, don't know if that's the vendor or thumbtack , but once we agreed on date and time all went well.
