New customer and now a repeat customer! I was a little unsure at first, most carpetcleaners use equipment tied to their car, but this team had a large potable cleaner. It’s did an AMAZING job, better than car mounted equipment. I booked my next job before they left! See ya in 2 months!! The value was great as well, no reason not to finish the rest of the house.

Carlito was great to work with to clean our older wool rug, even doing it by hand to avoid damaging a section that is in disrepair further. Pickup and dropoff was great! The value of the service was great, and I'm impressed how much brighter and softer it is now. He was quick to coordinate with and would definately come back.

I had the best experience! I found this company and needed carpetcleaning in a pinch. They showed up perfectly on time, stuck to an accurate quote and were not trying to upsell us. I did add on a few additional spaces and a couch and those were so reasonably priced. The team was polite and professional. This is the only company I will ever use again! I rate them a 10.

I had an area rug that my dog had peed on, I also had a 3 seater couch . They come on time , did an amazing job ! And my area rug smells so much better now . Thank you guys again! I will be definitely using this company again in the near future.

My pricing depends on the job and current promos I’m running year-round. I always try to stay competitive and fair. There’s a $5 processing fee for Venmo or Cash App payments. I’ll always be upfront about costs before the job starts.

When a new customer reaches out, I like to start with a quick conversation—either by phone or message—to understand what they need done and what condition their carpets, floors, or upholstery are in. From there, I give an honest estimate and explain the process so there are no surprises. I show up on time, walk through the job before starting, and make sure you're happy with the results before I leave. I keep things simple, professional, and always aim to deliver quality work that speaks for itself.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m IICRC certified in carpet cleaning with over 10 years of experience in both residential and commercial work. I’ve handled everything from routine cleanings to deep restorations, and I’m trained in carpet, upholstery, tile, and specialty floor care like marble and terrazzo. My background includes work with top floor care companies in Portland and Clackamas before going out on my own.
