Ben is very experienced and knowledgeable In any cleanup you need. I as a general contractor see many reports and his waterdamage reports are fantastic and very easy to follow and understand! Ben and his team are fantastic. If I have Waterdamage in my home he is the one I would call!

We used Ben at Voda to help us with a large drain issue that was set to be very messy. Ben communicated well with us the whole time, showed up early to get set up and gave me a very fair quote which he stuck to. Working with Voda was a fantastic experience! We had a drain pipe that was leaking into our crawlspace and we didnt realize it until there was multiple feet of water and sludge. Voda came out to give us a quote the day we called them. They were very fairly priced and gave us a number of different options for the work they could do based on our budget. Once we agreed to have them do the work they could start immediately which was great. While I hope to never have to use their services again, if I do need mitigation done I will definitely call Voda!

With all of the rain, our basement flooded along with a small sewage backup, and Voda was absolutely incredible. Ben and Diego showed up in less than an hour, were professional, kind, and worked efficiently to get everything extracted, cleaned, and sanitized. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and made a stressful situation feel totally manageable. Im so grateful for how fast they responded and how thorough they were Id recommend them to anyone with a flood / restoration emergency.

Exactly what you want from a WaterRestoration team - FAST - THOROUGH - and KIND. Ben and his team were wonderful with helping me navigate a water heater fail on CHRISTMAS EVE of all times.
