- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give examples of what I can do for your budget, while then taking customers guest preferences in consideration and working from there within the budget to give a great experience for the event! I can work with Vegans, Vegetarians (as I was one myself for 7 years) Keto, Gluten Free ETC. I specialize in Southern/Cajun food but have a love for all foods and can make it happen for you to insure you have to best party/event/experience EVER!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for cooking and have been in the restaurant industry my whole life. It wasn't until my adult life that I met quite amazing chefs to the stars in LA, who took me under their wing to teach me amazing skills. I also have such a deep passion for cooking and feeding people that it comes through in the food. Made with love
