Food cooked to a perfection. Taste and quality are rated the highest. I had fresh rhubarb pie that makes your mouth wTer just looking at it. Then you taste it and you exclaim that it is the best you've ever tasted. Five stRs from me!!

Best BBQ Pork I've ever had (and I've tried many). This BBQ Pork has so much smoky flavor you won't want to add sauce (they smoke it for hours!). It literally explodes with flavor and is so delicate and tender, truly amazing! The fresh crispy "Texas" slaw perfectly compliments the dish with just the right amount of tang and sweet.... this is food you dream about, really!

Elaine and Austin make hiring a caterer easy. They did an excellent job between providing us with different menu options, helping us work within our budget, and answering any questions along the way. She made a salad with fresh cesar dressing and a meat lasagna that had everyone coming back for seconds. We look forward to working with them again in the future and appreciate their professionalism and time investment in helping us pull of a wonderful event with no hiccups.

I hosted a birthday party for my father's 79th and it was catered by Elaine and Austin. They brought a roasted turkey (also brined, rubbed and basted with herbed butter) with garlic mashed potatoes, gravy and veggies. Everyone loved the food, especially my dad. Everything was hot, ready to serve, right on time and delicious! Prices were very reasonable too!! I will definitely hire them again.

Elaine was accurate and organized in planning the luncheon. She and her partner were gracious, kind, skilled and timely in executing their responsibilities. My guests were very impressed by the quality of the food and the presentation. One woman, who frequents such luncheons, said that this was by far the best luncheon she has ever attended. Of course, if we have a need we will contact Elaine & Austin's Table again

Have a sit down, sample food, and talk about cost options. Allot of times caters don't pass on the saving to their customers. I'm all about the opportunity to educate and do what I enjoy.
