Don was great. Very communicative about what he's doing, when he's doing it and, as an added bonus, how it all works. I really appreciated that he coordinated much of the process with NW Natural. And then there were little things, like adding a light in the furnace room or offering to fix the broken attic opening where the furnace vents. All around, a great experience where I didn't have to worry about anything.

Air Comfort Oregon tuned up my old 1951 oil furnace. It was a bit tough working out the schedule, but the work was done without a hitch. My old furnace is running great. I plan to use them again for furnace upkeep and repair on an ongoing basis.

Our AC stopped working right before another heatwave. Don responded quickly, came on time. Very professional, found out the problem quickly and explained it to us clearly. He finished the job in a few hours and cleaned up everything after work! Definitely recommended.

We needed our hot water heater replaced. The guys showed up as planned with a new heater and cranked through the installation inside of an hour. They're very friendly, cleaned everything up, and gave a quick rundown of the new unit. Good work!
