I have just started using Thumbtack, and this whole team was excellent. From beginning to end I was receiving constant communication from their project manager Kendra. She was so prompt it was mind-blowing! So helpful! Allan was our technician and he was so kind and helpful. He took the time to explain everything and help us understand our heating system better overall. He was able to address our vent duct issue and our heater is working now as expected! Allan was also very timely about his communication. He got in contact regarding his arrival time and showed up when expected. I am very impressed with our whole experience and I plan to call HVAC again for other needs coming up for our household!

Randy did a great job, and saved us from the heat wave, just in time. He was very friendly and even gave tips to educate us about A/C and its maintenance. Thank you! Will hire again!

Tony came out to diagnose our heater problems and did an awesome job at a great price. He was very thorough and provided us with the advice we needed to get our heater working correctly again after the snowstorm. Also, he did not try to upsell us on stuff we don't need, like a completely new unit. He was timely, professional, courteous and honest with us. He also wore a mask to keep us safe. We really appreciated his expert service/advice and will definitely stick with HVAC There in the future.
