Ivorie is a very nice person, but she barely cleans. I told her the things we wanted cleaned when she arrived the first time. We actually had her come out twice because we were not at home the first time and came back a few days after she cleaned to find the house not very clean. We thought it was because the pet sitter had gotten the house dirty. For the second cleaning, I asked her to clean the shower doors as well, and told her she didn't have to clean the bedroom. We left for an appointment, and she text an hour and a half later saying she was done, which i thought was a bit fast. When we got home, the floors were still dirty and had not been mopped, the bathroom counter was not cleaned, and the baseboards/corners still had cobwebs and dirt. She did the shower doors though, so that was good. I expect more than an hour and a half of cleaning for roughly $150. I let her know we weren't happy and to cancel and she never even acknowledged the text. She's quite young, so perhaps she will grow into the work and do better in the future.
