- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep pricing and licensing as painless and straightforward as possible. Whether a day rate or a per-shot pricing scheme is more appropriate based on the project, you'll know what you're paying for and how much, and exactly what the final deliverables will be before we even start shooting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's always a good idea to have a phone conversation about final goals, the process to get there, and then create a creative brief or mood board to make sure the aesthetics are clear and completely dialed as you move forward with any client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in photography from University of Oregon, and almost ten years of experience working full time in the field.
