- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With computer repair, it’s never a question of whether or not we can fix something – it’s a question of whether or not we should. You will never receive a recommendation to move forward with a repair that won’t serve as a long term solution, or that costs more than a new computer. We believe in the “buy once, cry once” approach of investing a little more into a better system that you will get 10 years out of, rather than pouring money into a computer that’s repeatedly going to give you grief. We also believe in transparency throughout the whole repair process, which is why we offer easy and convenient flat rate pricing, and check in with you every step of the way. We approach a repair ready to fix anything and everything we can while your system is in our care.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will gather as much initial information as possible so that we can help you determine if the best solution for repair will be in-shop, on-site, or remote assistance. For in-shop services, we offer a free initial consultation
