Correspondent responded near instantaneously to inquiry and was able to quickly pinpoint issue and solution. I did not ultimately end up employing they're expertise as the issue turned out to be one that could not easily be fixed over remote IT and they did not physically operate in my area (my fault, I did not properly check they're policy before contacting them). However, I was still highly impressed by their experience and conduct.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We are highly competitive in our pricing. We try to be as affordable as we can with our customers. Our motto is to do a good job for our customers at a good price, and we will retain them as a new customer while also acquiring new business through referrals. We try to please everyone, but sometimes you can't please everyone. We will always try to work with our customers based on their needs and budgets!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Usually there is first a phone interview to determine the possible causes of the problem. From there if needed, we schedule an appointment to go out on site at the customer's location to further ascertain details to the problem and cause. Then we either fix the issue or schedule a time to come back if we have to order parts for the repair, etc... If it is a remote support call, the first phone call usually determines the response. Usually we set up a time that is better for the customer so we can log in remotely and fix the problem. If the customer cannot log into the internet, then we will usually instruct the customer as to what to do to fix their problem. If the customer is still unsure, we will have them send us pictures of what their computer was doing at the time and we can instruct them as to what to do from then on.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a bachelors degree in Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech. I have been working in the computer industry for well over 30 years. I have worked on computer networks since the 80's and have a wealth of experience that I bring to the table. I have worked in Silicon Valley all the way up to the Dot Com Crash on Wallstreet! I did get a MCSE and CCNA certification several years back. But I have found real world experience teaches you more. The world is full of paper hanging MCSE's and the like with no real world experience! Experience teaches you more!
