- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are typically quoted per service. This makes it easier for customers to compare services if they so desire, so they’re not locked in to a longer commitment than they want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We identify their needs, walk through the process, and find solutions that work well for the customer. We don’t believe in high-pressure sales tactics or hidden commitments. We just want our customers to be happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years of surveying courses in college, 6 years on a city’s planning commission.
