Mike, Eran and the entire crew were absolutely amazing and saved my skin! Previous contractor demolished the bathroom and then tripled the original estimate and said it would take an additional 3 weeks to complete the work. Mike came out and looked at mess and was very helpful & accommodating with the rushed timeline. I met Mike yesterday, the crew came out this morning and 8 hours later my bathroom was complete. ELM Construction Thank you so much for your amazing work! I will definitely be using ELM Construction for my future projects.

chill out with the corporate marketing. first interaction was all sales call, with the "what time can we get you scheduled" and THEN asking me what the problem was and what my address was and shit. don't try to hook me with your sales tactics, it won't work and it will piss me off. the 18 phone calls over the next couple days didn't make me any happier. I am dealing with a flea infestation and I need someone to show up with solution talk, not sales talk. as soon as sales and marketing showed up, I was out and moved on to the guy who led with "let's figure out your problem" instead of " let's land this sale"

Tommy replaced our siding and trim, and the job turned out excellent. He made sure every seam was tight and the finish looked clean.

Leo and his team painted our house, and it completely changed the look. The edges are sharp, the colors are perfect weve already recommended him to friends
FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always transparent and customized to each project. Every estimate includes materials, labor, cleanup, and project management — so there are no hidden fees or surprises down the road.
We offer free on-site estimates and work with each client to match their vision and budget. Larger or multi-project jobs may qualify for package discounts, and we occasionally run seasonal promotions for returning customers or referrals.
At ELM construction services, we believe in fair pricing for quality work that lasts — giving you the best value and peace of mind from start to finish.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At ELM construction services, our goal is to make every project smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. We begin with a quick conversation to understand your vision, timeline, and budget. From there, we schedule an on-site visit to take measurements, review design ideas, and provide a detailed estimate.
Once the scope is approved, we handle everything — permits (if needed), materials, scheduling, and professional installation — keeping you updated every step of the way. We finish each job with a full walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction before we wrap up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team at ELM construction services brings together years of hands-on experience and professional training in all areas of residential construction. We’re licensed, bonded, and insured in Oregon, and our crew members are trained and certified by leading industry manufacturers, including GAF (Master Elite Roofing Contractor), TREX Platinum Installer, and James Hardie Certified Siding Professionals.
Beyond certifications, we continually stay updated on the latest building codes, safety standards, and modern design trends to ensure every project meets the highest level of quality, durability, and craftsmanship.
