    Mahoney Express NW, LLC [male] driver honked at me and another parent as tried to cross a street legally, (though, yes, slowly - we had strollers.) I then backtracked to let the impatient driver go, and as he sped through intersection he flipped me off. This in front many parents leaving a preschool, and with the "Mahoney Express" logo right below his pissed-off face. Nice.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I try to stay informed or rules and regulations of the industry. I read the paper every day to keep up with the growth of businesses. My customer is who is important.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was in the hotel business for years, and enjoy being there for the customer...this is just another form of customer service!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Delivering electronic equipment to and from the customers. Delivering parts and pieces and supplies to job sites. Developing routes and courier services for companies.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have a customer in Sandy OR. He had to have some parts to complete his job, but had no way of getting the parts from Oregon City to Sandy in time to complete. He called me, and as luck would have it, I was already 1/2 way to Oregon City. I was able to complete the delivery with more than enough time for him to complete his job! We call that the luck of the Irish!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do they have good credentials? Do they want the work? Do they treat each customer with respect?
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That we take pride in our delivery services. That each of our drivers have the that pride in their work and their time with you, the customer.
