About
I have been residing in Portland, Oregon for over a decade now. In that time, I have held DJ residencies in both clubs and bars in the downtown area.
When I got married at Edgefield in 2015, we had a terrible experience with our wedding DJ. And after attending multiple weddings for friends and family over the years, I noticed that the DJ problem was not unique to my wedding. Out of touch DJs at important events were a common theme.
Since starting a family of my own, I have enjoyed growing in my DJ career, and have transitioned from bars and clubs to weddings and events. I enjoy the craft, and have found that I do not come with the typical DJ baggage. I don’t have an ego, and that helps me better connect with the unique needs of each event. I dress for the occasion, I am equipped at MCing any gathering, I know how to get the party started. And even more importantly. I know how to keep the people on the dance floor.

Alec was amazing! We had an outdoor wedding and Alec came and set everything up and ran the flow of the MCing perfectly. We stayed on time and even when there were adjustments to the timeline he handled it like a pro! He also did a great job getting through our speeches, the microphone and sound quality were great and very smooth. We loved all the music he played and he was really good at reading the crowd! We could not have been happier!
