Your own body will teach you how to increase your speed and power naturally. WHAT TO EXPECT We will begin with a simple phone conversation to ensure our compatibility, comfort level, and direction. From there, early lessons will focus on: * DRUM PADS & METRONOMES: To perfect your inner rhythm and relaxation techniques. * MIRRORS: A visual approach allowing you to self-monitor your posture, body mechanics, and the consistent sound of your sticks and pedals. LOCATION & EQUIPMENT Lessons are primarily held at my home studio, which is fully equipped with a drum set, congas, practice pads, pedals, and mirrors.
