PNW came out to our house to do a thorough cleaning and sanitizing of our furnace, duct and vent system. They they were prompt, friendly, and answered our questions with great explanations. We intend to hire them again. We highly recommend PNW.!

I can't speak to quality yet, not until I dry some clothes a few times. I imagine that the work was done properly. He found a bird (dead) in the vent which I suppose allowed lint to get trapped thus creating a clog. Bird and lint are gone so I believe problem is fixed.

I looked up Duck Cleaning companies on Thumbtack and spoke with all the companies that replied. I chose PNW Duct Cleaning. Their pricing was neither the lowest nor the highest, but I had a good feeling about the owner, Ori. He and his assistant cleaned the ducts at 4 apartments I own and at my home. He was very He explained everything he was doing, was efficient, and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him!
