What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick conversation about what you're noticing and what you need. We schedule a free on-site assessment, inspect the chimney, fireplace, or attic/crawl space, and show you exactly what we find — often with photos. From there you get a clear written estimate, we answer your questions, and we schedule the work at a time that's convenient for you. When the job is done, we walk you through what we did and leave the area clean.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed Oregon general contractor (CCB #258576), bonded, and insured. Our team has extensive hands-on experience in chimney sweeping and repair, masonry and crown work, fireplace installation, insulation (cellulose, fiberglass, and spray foam), and air duct and dryer vent cleaning. We stay current on safety codes and industry best practices for every service we provide.
