🔹 Basic Clean Special - $199 This package includes a comprehensive inspection of your furnace, AC system, and all vents in your home. I will utilize state-of-the-art negative HIPAA air filter compressed systems for each return. Please note that if your home has two returns, there will be an additional charge. During the inspection, we will provide any recommendations based on our findings. 🔹 Air Vent Deep Clean Package 6-10 vents: $600 Unlimited vents (excluding the dryer vent): $1000. This comprehensive package covers all cold air return vents in your home. 🔹 Dryer Vent Cleaning - $200 (Up to 15 feet) 🔹 Chimney Cleaning First-story homes: $250 Second-story homes: $350 This pricing includes cleaning one chimney and a vacuum clean of one fireplace. 🔹 AC Coil Cleaning - $230 This price covers the cleaning of one AC coil. Please note that it doesn't include a complete system cleaning.
